very strong bar, and more affordable than other comparable bars from other stores

Great bar for the price. The welds aren't pretty but the bar feels very solid. So far I have loaded it up to 250lbs and the bar does not flex at all. I bought it because of a nagging shoulder injury and after only 2 weeks the pain is going away. The neutral grip allows you to keep your elbows close to your body which reduces the stress on the shoulders. Anyone who does push-ups using dumbbells or those little handles to keep the hands in the neutral (palms facing each other) position knows how much better it feels.

Bought this from the website and love it!!! Very good but yes wields are a little messy but still a great product for its value. I've been lift 265 for sets of 6 with no bar bend at all very strong bar.
