Very good bench!

I love it, and if the dip arms were taller, they could be used for squatting and should presses. The amstaff representative that i contacted was very helpful and convinced me to purchase this bench directly from them. -Folds, easy assembly -Incline, flat bench

Exactly as expected. very compact but do not feel "too small" and its robust. This one of the only machine to gain weight at the gym that I use, as I work from home it is very convenient since I can work between reps and after easy to fold for storage in small spaces - cheaper than a gym membership

Very sturdy, great for lifting. It is a quality product, shipped quickly.

Exactly why I was expecting

I agree with Richard's review. It is a solid piece of equipment with a low profile. The closeness of the uprights will not impede my workout. I am 6'3'', and just need to be careful getting in and out of position. The assembly was easy, and took approx 30 minutes after laying out all of the pieces. You will require 2 wrenches to tighten the bolts. To fold it up, there is a single locking piece that needs to be easily removed. I am happy with the purchase.

Exactly what it is expected. A pretty/sturdy/ little bench-press. Folds nice, and can take quite a bit of weight without feeling wobbly. The uprights are a little too close for me but it works. I just have to go and grip the bar outside the uprights and voila. Overall, for the money, great purchase.
