AS A FORMER CABBAGE TOWN BOXER AND MARTIAL ARTIST FOR 30 YEARS, THIS PIECE OF EQUIPMENT IS A MUST HAVE TRAINING PARTNER. IT IS COMPACT AND WELL BUILT. THIS IS A GREAT WAY TO DO A BOXING CIRCUIT ON A TIMER INCLUDING AB WORK, TRICEP DIPS, PULL UPS, PUSH-UPS AND SIT-UPS ETC. WONDERFUL ADDITION TO MY GARAGE.
