    Easy to assemble, once installed it was very sturdy, I'm over 250lbs and there isn't so much as a squeek. Grip can be hard on the hands, I wrapped mine with hockey stick tape for improved comfort and grip. Would highky recommend

    Heavy duty. Easy to install but you must ensure you hit the ceiling studs and that the studs are 16 inches apart. Once installed it does not budge when using. It has a large wingspan so suitable for even tall people. Highly recommended for both pull ups and chin ups.
