horrific "instructions". It was more like a parts diagram. the bolts weren't numbered consistently in the parts list vs the diagram. they weren't labeled in the packaging so we had to measure them. overall much more of a headache than it should have been but still not that hard I guess. I sprayed silicone on the track and pulleys and it helped it be smoother. I like that it came with the 2" plate sleeve. I like that the weight you load is felt in each handle. for example if you load 20lbs, each handle will have 20lbs on it. you could attach them together and lift 40lbs with one arm if you're short on weights.

This is a really good pulley Machine. It’s affordable compared to others and I got it in only 4 days after buying. The slider doesn’t need to be unscrewed now so you can change the height in seconds. It needs a bit of lube but after that it’s perfect. The lag bolts that came worked for me you just have to drill a small hole first a little smaller than the lag and then screw it in using a wrench, and the washer to hold the metal against it. Although putting extra wood over and screwing that in would be good just to be safe. This is so worth it. Thanks

I bought this machine a week ago .. was looking for a good functional trainer and decided on this one since my workout room is small. I cant say enough great things about this device. I bought my attachements and started using it right away. It does everything I need it to do.. it's easy to use and very sturdy. I am so pleased with this device. It keeps me getting a good "gym like" workout on the cable machine & fitness Avenue was just wonderful to work with. It was shipped fast and got here in reasonable time. If your looking for a space saver and a good sturdy device I'd recommend this 100 times over.
