After purchasing, the items shipped within the 3 business days. I'm in Ottawa and everything arrived within a week.

Assembly was a little complicated and took a long time, but it's a complicated machine. The instructions were actually good, but they are technical and long.

I've been using the machine for 2 weeks now and absolutely love it. Highly recommend.

The Amstaff Fitness SD-5000 All in One Smith Machine literally does have it all. The moment I saw this machine on display at the store, I knew I had to have it! With easy to change attachments, a smooth, gliding pulley system, and the capability of switching between weight stacks and add-on plates to the Olympic bar, you really are only limited by your imagination with this product. The lock in safety feature of the pulleys to the smith bar are also a nice addition to any home gym when training on your own. From upper body exercises to lower body routines, this machine has it all covered with the variety easily removable attachments. The best part is that I had the guys came out and assembled the machine in my home within a week of ordering it. Would highly recommend this equipment for any mid to high level exercise enthusiast.
