The vest is super adjustable. Would prob recommend to go to the heaviest and only run 1 plate until you are ready to add more weight. I went with the 13lb best and quickly had to start adding some lead dive weights to increase the weight. Will need to get the heaviest plates here shortly. Im at 25lbs right now and find it does make my shoulders tired after about 45mins but I assume that will get stronger with time.
