    I love it, and if the dip arms were taller, they could be used for squatting and should presses. The amstaff representative that i contacted was very helpful and convinced me to purchase this bench directly from them.

    -Folds, easy assembly

    -Incline, flat bench

    Exactly as expected. very compact but do not feel "too small" and its robust. This one of the only machine to gain weight at the gym that I use, as I work from home it is very convenient since I can work between reps and after easy to fold for storage in small spaces - cheaper than a gym membership
