Very easy to put on. Nice locking and safety mechanism. Hard to beat price.
I need to wear socks or running shoes as it feels like my foot could come through when inverted and relaxed. With regular use I've noted the ankle padding packing out, making the loose fit seem worse. There is no adjustment as in inversion boots from Hang-up.
Not a showstopper but be aware. Denser foam would be better.

Great for decompression therapy, it requires a pull up bar, but those can be found in many places for good prices. Has helped relieve pain and compression in my lower back that causes sciatica, game changer.

Arrived before expected especially considering the season. Work great! My back feels so much better after I've hung for a bit.

Exactly what I had hoped they would be. My main goal for buying these was simply to hang upside down, and decompress my spine. I've just started at a desk job over the past 3 years, and my lower/middle back is already starting to complain about it. I'd heard of these things, and wanted to give them a try. Thankfully, I was not disappointed. The feeling that I get in my spine is hard to describe, but it feels quite good. It seems like a good portion of my body weight and gravity are producing a light pull throughout which feels really nice. At first, blood rushed to my head and my ankles heart a bit from the boots (I have fairly small ankles). Just breathe through it. After a minute or two of breathing, both of those sensations fade away and you can start to enjoy that slight 'pull' on your spine. On day 1, I went for 3-4 min. Then jumped up to 10 - 12min. So nice. I highly recommend.
