    PR 100 lat pull down

    For starters add a vinyl cover to the foam roller. This should prevent sweat absorption.

    Include the optional purchase of 2 inch adapter weight horns. I had to purchase these items from a separate retailer.

    Include a metal foot plate for the low row.

    Overall this is a good lat pull down and low row attachment for my PR 100 rack

    Necessary Attachment

    The attachment was finally in stock. Let’s be honest. The assembly instructions are terrible. But it still took less than an hour to bolt it on and start working out. It works great. Slides extremely smoothly. I’m very happy to have made the purchase.

    Amazing attachment

    I’m really enjoying this lay pulldown attachment. Works very well and is very smooth. It works seemingly with the power rack as I use all the same weights.
