I was concerned when this unit was delivered completely assembled, as it weighs somewhere in the neighbourhood of 500 lbs. But Gerardo, the gentleman who delivered it, has created a youtube video that shows you how to take apart, and reassemble the unit. It's very straight forward and easy to follow. (For context, Gerardo dropped the unit in my garage, and I was able to then install it in my basement)

If you are concerned about your ability to do the deconstructing and reconstructing on your own. I would recommend paying for assembly.
Machine itself is awesome and I'm glad I have it. It's a great addition to our home gym.
