Our Prowler Sled is more than an ordinary gym sled with its upright pushing poles designed to hold Olympic Weight Plates for maximum resistance. The strap on harness (not included) allows you to get down low and drive through your legs or push /pull using the two vertical push poles or the horizontal high and low bars.
