This is great value and very sturdy. I use it as a cool down after each run and it is effective and challenging. Definitely works for your balance. If you find too easy, change foot position or close your eyes

I bought this for my young daughter but now use it myself all the time while talking on the phone or watching t.v. or a sunset. All of a sudden I have abs and super strong legs. A really really good purchase, especially for the price.
