Paire de poids réglables pour poignet/cheville de 9 kg

I was looking for a 20 lb weighted belt with removable weights so I could adjust it as needed. It's not an easy item to find in Canada so I shifted my search to ankle weights that I could use as a belt. These weights fit the bill and can still be used as ankle weights, making them even more versatile than a weighted belt would be.

The velcro is very strong so I just put one of the weights on my back and attach it around my waist to the one on my front and off I go. I've used them for flat walking, hill walking, treadmill, running stairs and step ups with added weight in my hands. It can be a bit difficult to get it really snug around my waist so I wouldn't want to run fast with them (who's kidding who, I am not a really a runner!) but they are definitely serving their purpose, are very good quality and very versatile.
