Coverage Period
5-year term extended warranty is available, providing coverage beyond the standard manufacturer’s warranty.
What’s Covered?
- Accidental Damage: This warranty includes coverage for accidental, non-intentional damage occurring during regular use, such as drops or bumps.
- Defective Parts: Repairs or replacements for defective components that impair product operation are covered.
- Claim Limit: Each warranty period allows for up to two claims.
Eligibility
This warranty is non-transferable and applies exclusively to the original buyer.
Claim Review Process
All claims are subject to a review process to ensure they meet warranty eligibility. Customers may be asked to provide images or descriptions to verify the nature of the issue.
Replacement Parts Lead Time
Replacement parts or products may take 2-12 weeks to arrive, depending on availability.
Exclusions
- Extreme Neglect: Coverage does not apply to equipment abandoned in a state of severe disrepair or cases of significant misuse.
- Intentional Misuse or Abuse: Intentional damage or misuse of equipment beyond its intended purpose is not covered.
- Environmental Damage: Exposure to extreme weather, rust, or other environmental conditions not intended for indoor fitness equipment will void the warranty.
- Cosmetic Damage: Scratches, dents, paint chips, or other cosmetic damage not impacting functionality are excluded.
- Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs: Alterations or unauthorized repairs void coverage.
Deductibles and Fees
A deductible applies to each claim, based on product retail price.
