Love this mat it's thick, which helps on hard surfaces to support lower back and knees depending on the exercises being done. Good quality as well. I have had mine over a year this photo is from today I use it 3-5 times per week.

Nice Black mat 2 inches thick with a nice handle to carry it around.
Good quality. One inch was out of stock. It might be too thick if you aim for yoga or thinner mats go for 1 inch if it is in stock. I have concrete floor in my basement so it is good in that situation.
