Best bang for the buck.
Solid all in one trainer. The stack is adequately heavy for cable exercises. Smith machine is extremely solid, even with heavy weight. The travel on the smith machine is great as well, tall users will have no issues squatting, rowing, etc. My minor issues with the product so far: plastic pulleys instead of aluminum, we will see how these hold up. The cable stack plates rattle a bit on the eccentric portion of exercises which feels a bit weird if you’re coming from a commercial gym. The smith machine is also annoying to rack when benching. The rotation of the hook takes a lot of effort to put back, especially when exhausted. I added thick foam pipe insulation to reduce that travel and it’s significantly better. As of now, I recommend this system if you want a smith machine in your repertoire!

installation headache
machine does looks sturdy but to install this machine its nightmare as the assembly instruction are not very clear, also my unit came with many scratches, but not bad to ask for return

Absolutely love this machine!
Got it for my home gym a few weeks back, and it’s a total game-changer. The versatility is insane, you can hit every muscle group with this setup. I’ve loaded up the Smith machine with 275lbs, and it’s smooth and solid, no wobble at all. The functional trainer is perfect for getting creative with workouts; the cable system is buttery smooth and handles heavy weights like a champ. This thing is built like a tank, and you can tell it’s made to last. If you’re serious about lifting and want a commercial grade piece for your home, this is it. Best part is that it is made of 3"x3" uprights with 1" holes, so I can buy rig add ons for it as I go. I'm planning to add some rig storage adds for my dumbbell and kettlebells. AmStaff nailed it with this one!
