Great bench
The bench is great, but the lifting handle came bent, and the guide holes for the foot pad is misaligned, causing a tilt and unable to use properly. But other than that, a really strong, stable bench. I would recommend this bench.

great investment
Once finishing assembling. noticed it the adjustment arm, as a little stiff. Other than that, it's quite sturdy and the foot handle makes it easy to move around. A great beginner/ intermediate bench.

If the adjustment arm feels a bit stiff, it’s likely been slightly overtightened during assembly. We recommend loosening the bolt that holds the adjustment arm by about a 1/4 - 1/2 turn—this should allow smoother movement without compromising stability.
